STJ Creations株式会社（以下「当社」といいます。）は、個人情報（氏名、住所、電話番号等の個人を識別することができる情報のことを指し、他の情報と組み合わせて照合することにより個人を識別することができる情報も含まれます。以下「個人情報」といいます。）の保護の重要性に鑑み、個人情報の保護に関する法律および本プライバシーポリシーを遵守することにより、お客様の個人情報を適切に管理することで、個人情報の保護に努めます。

当社は、個人情報を適切に取得し、お客様から取得した個人情報を以下の目的で利用いたします。

８.プライバシーポリシーの変更手続
当社は、必要に応じて、本プライバシーポリシーを変更します。但し、法令上お客様の同意が必要となるような場合には、本プライバシーポリシーは当社所定の方法で変更に同意したお客様にのみ適用されるものとします。

The Company will implement appropriate security measures to manage Personal Information safely and prevent unauthorized access and leakage. The Company will also review these measures periodically and work to improve them.
3. Provision to Third Parties
The Company will not provide Personal Information to third parties except in the following cases:
• With the Customer’s consent.
• When all or part of the handling of Personal Information is outsourced to a third party to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of use.
• When Personal Information is provided in connection with a business succession resulting from a merger or other reason.
• When permitted by laws or regulations.
4. Security Measures for Personal Information

(1) If a Customer requests notice of the purpose of use of Personal Information, disclosure, correction, suspension of use, deletion, or similar action (collectively, a “Request for Disclosure, etc.”), the Company will verify the identity of the requester in accordance with its prescribed procedures and respond within a reasonable scope.
(2) The Company may charge the actual costs separately incurred in connection with a Request for Disclosure, etc.

8. Changes to the Privacy Policy
The Company may amend this Privacy Policy as necessary. However, where applicable laws require Customer consent for an amendment, the amended Privacy Policy will apply only to Customers who consent to the amendment in the manner prescribed by the Company.
