JEWELRY BOX ─ ジュエリーボックスのお取り扱い
ジュエリーボックスは、天然素材や特殊な塗装・貼り込みを施した繊細なアイテムです。下記の点にご注意のうえご使用ください。
日常のお取り扱いについて
- 直射日光の当たる場所、高温多湿な場所、冷暖房の風が直接当たる場所での使用・保管はお避けください。色褪せ・変色・反り・割れの原因となります。
- 水分・湿気に大変弱い素材です。濡れた手での使用、水回りでのご使用はお控えください。
- 化粧品、香水、ヘアスプレー、除光液、アルコール類が付着すると、表面の質感が変化したり、シミ・変色の原因となります。ご使用前にお手をしっかりと乾かしてからお取り扱いください。
- 鋭利なものや硬いアクセサリーを直接強くぶつけますと、傷や凹みの原因となります。そっと出し入れしてください。
- 蓋の開閉は両手でゆっくりと行ってください。片手での乱暴な開閉は、蝶番部分の破損につながります。
お手入れ方法
- 日頃のお手入れは、乾いた柔らかい布で優しく拭き取ってください。
- 汚れが気になる場合も、水拭き・洗剤のご使用はお控えください。素材を傷める原因となります。
- 内部のベロア・起毛素材に埃がたまった場合は、柔らかいブラシで軽く払ってください。
保管について
- ご使用にならないときは、付属の保存袋または箱に入れて、直射日光の当たらない場所で保管してください。
- 長期間使用しない場合は、ときどき風通しのよい場所で陰干しをしていただくことをおすすめします。

JEWELRY ─ ジュエリー共通のお取り扱い
ジュエリーを末永くお楽しみいただくために、下記の点にご注意ください。
着用前後に気をつけたいこと
- ジュエリーは、支度（お化粧・香水・ヘアスプレー等）がすべて終わってから最後に身につけてください。化粧品・整髪料・香水に含まれる成分は、変色や劣化の原因となります。
- 外す際はやわらかい布で汗や皮脂を優しく拭き取ってから保管してください。
- 入浴、温泉、プール、海水浴、サウナの際は必ず外してください。温泉の硫黄成分・プールの塩素・海水の塩分は、金属の変色・変質・石の劣化の原因となります。
- 就寝時、スポーツ、家事（特に水仕事・洗濯・掃除）の際は、外していただくことを推奨いたします。
- ぶつける、落とす、引っ掛けるといった強い衝撃は、変形・石落ち・破損の原因となります。
保管について
- ジュエリー同士が擦れ合うと傷の原因になります。1点ずつ小袋や仕切りのあるジュエリーボックスに分けて保管してください。
- 湿気の多い場所、直射日光の当たる場所での保管はお避けください。
- シルバー製品は空気に触れると変色が進みます。ジップ付きの袋などに入れ、できるだけ空気に触れない状態で保管してください。
MATERIALS ─ 素材別のお取り扱い
PEARL ─ パール
パールは、生き物が生み出す大変デリケートな天然素材です。酸・アルカリ・汗・乾燥すべてに敏感で、取り扱いによっては短期間で輝きを失うこともございます。
- 必ず装いの最後に身につけ、外したら真っ先に拭き取ってください。
- 汗・皮脂・化粧品は表面のツヤを曇らせ、巻き（真珠層）を傷めます。ご使用後は、やわらかい布（パール専用クロスまたは眼鏡拭きなど毛羽立たないもの）で一粒一粒やさしく拭き取ってください。
- 水洗い、中性洗剤での洗浄、超音波洗浄機のご使用は絶対にお控えください。
- 乾燥にも弱いため、金庫や密閉容器内での長期保管は避け、通気性のある袋で保管してください。
- 硬いジュエリー（ダイヤ・ゴールド等）と一緒に保管すると、表面に細かな傷がつきます。必ず分けて保管してください。
SILVER ─ シルバー
シルバーは空気中の硫黄成分や湿気と反応し、徐々に黒ずみ（硫化）が生じる素材です。黒ずみは劣化ではなく、お手入れによって美しい輝きを取り戻せます。
- ご使用後は、シルバー専用クロスまたは柔らかい布で優しく拭いてください。
- 黒ずみが進行した場合は、シルバー専用クリーナー、またはシルバー磨きクロスで優しく磨いてください。
- チェーン類や細工の細かいデザインは、クリーナー液に浸け込むタイプのご使用をおすすめします（※石・パール付きは対象外）。
- 保管はジップ付きの袋に入れ、空気を抜いた状態で保管いただくと変色を遅らせることができます。
- 温泉・プール・入浴・就寝時には必ず外してください。
ENAMEL ─ エナメル
エナメル（七宝・樹脂エナメル）は、美しい発色と艶が魅力ですが、衝撃と熱に弱い素材です。
- 硬いものにぶつける、落とすなどの衝撃で、表面が欠けたり、ひび割れが生じる場合があります。
- 高温・急激な温度変化により、剥離・ひび割れの原因となります。ドライヤーの熱風、直射日光下の車内放置などはお避けください。
- 化粧品、香水、除光液、アルコール、中性洗剤など化学薬品が付着すると、艶が失われたり変色することがあります。
- お手入れは、やわらかい乾いた布で優しく拭き取るのみとし、水洗い・薬品洗浄はお控えください。
- 保管時は、他のジュエリーとぶつからないよう、個別の小袋・仕切りに入れてください。
GOLD ─ ゴールド
ゴールドは比較的変色しにくく丈夫な素材ですが、合金のため、扱い方によっては変色・変形することがあります。
- 皮脂・汗・化粧品が付着したままにすると、輝きが鈍る原因となります。ご使用後は、やわらかい布で優しく拭き取ってください。
- 汚れが気になる場合は、ぬるま湯に中性洗剤をごく少量溶かし、やわらかいブラシで優しく洗い、しっかりすすいで水分を拭き取ってください（※石・パール・エナメル付きは水洗い不可）。
- 金は柔らかい金属のため、硬いものとの摩擦や強い衝撃で傷・変形が生じることがあります。
- 塩素系漂白剤・温泉・海水に触れると変色・脆化する場合があります。必ず外してからお取り扱いください。

ご使用中に破損・変形・石落ち等が生じた場合は、ご自身で修復されずに、お問い合わせフォームよりご連絡ください。商品の状態を確認のうえ、修理可否・お見積もりをご案内いたします。

This guide explains how to care for the items delivered to you so that you can enjoy them in beautiful condition for many years. Please understand the characteristics of each material and use this guide for daily care and storage.
JEWELRY BOX ─ Care Instructions
Jewelry boxes are delicate items made with natural materials and special coatings or applied finishes. Please observe the following precautions.
Daily Handling
- Avoid use or storage in direct sunlight, high-temperature or high-humidity locations, or where air from heating or air-conditioning blows directly on the item. Such conditions may cause fading, discoloration, warping, or cracking.
- The materials are highly sensitive to water and moisture. Avoid handling with wet hands or using the item near water.
- Cosmetics, perfume, hair spray, nail-polish remover, alcohol, and similar substances may alter the surface texture or cause staining or discoloration. Dry your hands thoroughly before handling.
- Strong contact with sharp objects or hard accessories may cause scratches or dents. Insert and remove items gently.
- Open and close the lid slowly with both hands. Rough one-handed opening or closing may damage the hinges.
Care
- For routine care, gently wipe the item with a dry, soft cloth.
- Even if dirt is noticeable, avoid wiping with water or using detergent, as this may damage the material.
- If dust accumulates on velvet or other raised-fiber material inside the box, lightly remove it with a soft brush.
Storage
- When not in use, place the item in the supplied storage bag or box and store it away from direct sunlight.
- If the item will not be used for a long period, we recommend occasionally airing it in a well-ventilated place out of direct sunlight.

JEWELRY ─ General Care Instructions
To enjoy your jewelry for many years, please observe the following precautions.
Before and After Wearing
- Put on jewelry last, after completing makeup, perfume, hair spray, and other preparations. Ingredients in cosmetics, hair products, and perfume may cause discoloration or deterioration.
- After removing jewelry, gently wipe away perspiration and skin oils with a soft cloth before storing it.
- Always remove jewelry before bathing, entering hot springs, swimming in a pool or the sea, or using a sauna. Sulfur in hot springs, chlorine in pools, and salt in seawater may cause metal discoloration or deterioration of stones.
- We recommend removing jewelry while sleeping, playing sports, or doing household chores, especially washing, laundry, or cleaning.
- Strong impacts caused by striking, dropping, or snagging jewelry may result in deformation, loss of stones, or breakage.
Storage
- Jewelry pieces may scratch one another if they rub together. Store each item separately in a small pouch or in a compartmented jewelry box.
- Avoid storage in humid locations or direct sunlight.
- Silver products tarnish when exposed to air. Store them in a zippered bag or similar container with as little air as possible.
MATERIALS ─ Care by Material
PEARL
Pearls are extremely delicate natural materials produced by living organisms. They are sensitive to acids, alkalis, perspiration, and dryness, and improper handling may cause them to lose their luster in a short period.
- Always put pearls on last when dressing, and wipe them first when removing them.
- Perspiration, skin oils, and cosmetics can dull the surface luster and damage the nacre. After use, gently wipe each pearl individually with a soft, lint-free cloth such as a pearl cloth or eyeglass-cleaning cloth.
- Never wash pearls with water, clean them with neutral detergent, or use an ultrasonic cleaner.
- Pearls are also sensitive to excessive dryness. Avoid long-term storage in safes or airtight containers; store them in a breathable pouch.
- Hard jewelry such as diamonds or gold can cause fine scratches on pearl surfaces. Always store pearls separately.
SILVER
Silver reacts with sulfur compounds and moisture in the air and gradually develops dark tarnish (sulfidation). Tarnish is not deterioration and can be removed with proper care to restore the original shine.
- After use, gently wipe silver with a dedicated silver cloth or other soft cloth.
- If tarnish becomes pronounced, gently polish the item with a silver cleaner or silver-polishing cloth.
- For chains and intricate designs, an immersion-type cleaner is recommended. Do not use immersion cleaners on items with stones or pearls.
- Store silver in a zippered bag with the air pressed out as much as possible to slow discoloration.
- Always remove silver jewelry before entering hot springs or pools, bathing, or sleeping.
ENAMEL
Enamel (including cloisonné and resin enamel) is valued for its beautiful color and gloss but is sensitive to impact and heat.
- Impact from striking or dropping the item against a hard object may chip or crack the surface.
- High temperatures or sudden temperature changes may cause peeling or cracking. Avoid exposure to hot air from a hair dryer or leaving the item inside a vehicle in direct sunlight.
- Cosmetics, perfume, nail-polish remover, alcohol, neutral detergents, and other chemicals may reduce gloss or cause discoloration.
- Care should be limited to gently wiping with a soft, dry cloth. Do not wash with water or use chemical cleaners.
- When storing, place the item in an individual pouch or separate compartment so that it does not strike other jewelry.
GOLD
Gold is comparatively resistant to discoloration and is durable, but because jewelry gold is an alloy, handling conditions may still cause discoloration or deformation.
- Leaving skin oils, perspiration, or cosmetics on the item may dull its shine. Gently wipe it with a soft cloth after use.
- If dirt is noticeable, dissolve a very small amount of neutral detergent in lukewarm water, wash gently with a soft brush, rinse thoroughly, and wipe away all moisture. Do not wash items containing stones, pearls, or enamel in water.
- Gold is a soft metal, so friction against hard objects or strong impacts may cause scratches or deformation.
- Contact with chlorine bleach, hot-spring water, or seawater may cause discoloration or embrittlement. Always remove gold jewelry beforehand.
REPAIR ─ Repairs and Maintenance
If breakage, deformation, loss of stones, or other damage occurs during use, please do not attempt to repair the item yourself. Contact us through the inquiry form. After checking the condition of the product, we will advise whether repair is possible and provide an estimate.
*Please note that repairs may not be possible for some products because of natural materials or delicate construction.
