宅急便でお届けいたします。
９．交換・返品について
お客様のご都合（注文を間違えた、サイズ違い、イメージと違った等）によるカラー·サイズ変更、他の商品への交換、返品は致しかねます。
当社の過失（注文と異なる商品が届いた、注文と異なる数量が届いた、商品の初期不良。以下同じ。）による交換、返品につきましては、お手数ですが商品到着日から５日以内にお問い合わせフォームよりお問い合わせいただきますようお願いいたします。
当社の過失による交換·返品の場合には、返送時の送料は当社が負担し、当社の指定する住所まで商品を返送していただきます。
当社の過失による交換·返品の場合には、商品到着日から５日以内にお問い合わせフォームよりご連絡いただき、未使用·未開封（内袋も含みます。）であり、商品到着時の納品物（下げ札や納品書等）がすべて揃っている場合には、同等の商品への交換を手配いたします。もっとも、当社では在庫·配送の関係より交換品のご用意を保証致しかねますため、在庫·配送の関係により交換品のご用意が難しい場合には返金でのご対応とさせていただいております。
返金手続きは、当社にて返品商品の到着確認後に開始します。金融機関の営業日や手続きにより、返金にお時間がかかることもございますのでご了承ください。
商品到着日から５日を経過した場合、使用後·開封後（内袋も含みます。）の場合、·商品到着時の納品物（下げ札や納品書等）がすべて揃っていない場合の交換·返品は受け付けておりませんので、予めご了承の上ご購入ください。
なお、生産過程で生じる、生地の動きやずれ、個体差等、手作業で制作される商品特徴は、初期不良には該当しません。これらの特徴は、手作業や生地や素材の特性に起因するものであるため予めご了承の上ご購入ください。
商品の色味や仕様は、モニターの設定や撮影条件により実際の商品と多少異なる場合がございますので予めご了承の上ご購入ください。

１０．返金について
ご利用の決済取り消し処理にて対応させていただきます。
※取り消しができない場合は、銀行振込でご返金いたします。
商品の代金（税込）に加えて、送料がかかっている場合には送料もご返金いたします。

ご注文確定後のキャンセルは原則としてお受けできませんので、慎重にご注文をお願い申し上げます。

4. Sales Price

5. Charges Other Than the Product Price
• Consumption tax.
• Flat-rate shipping of ¥1,000 nationwide for purchases under ¥30,000, including tax.
6. Payment Method
Credit card
The following credit cards are accepted: VISA, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, and Diners Club.
Payment is limited to a single lump-sum payment in the following month.
Closing dates and debit dates vary by credit-card company.
7. Delivery Time
As a general rule, products will be delivered within two to three weeks beginning on the day after the order date.
8. Delivery Method
Products will be delivered by parcel delivery service.
9. Exchanges and Returns
We do not accept color or size changes, exchanges for other products, or returns due to customer circumstances, including ordering the wrong item, selecting the wrong size, or finding that the item differs from the customer’s expectations.
For exchanges or returns resulting from an error attributable to the Company (including delivery of an item different from the order, delivery of an incorrect quantity, or an initial product defect), please contact us through the inquiry form within five (5) days of delivery.
For exchanges or returns resulting from an error attributable to the Company, the Company will bear the return shipping costs. Please return the product to the address designated by the Company.
If you contact us within five (5) days of delivery, the product is unused and unopened (including the inner packaging), and all items supplied at delivery (including tags and delivery slips) are present, we will arrange an exchange for an equivalent product. Replacement inventory cannot be guaranteed due to stock and delivery conditions; if a replacement cannot be arranged, we will provide a refund.
Refund processing begins after the Company confirms receipt of the returned product. Processing may take additional time depending on financial-institution business days and procedures.
Exchanges and returns are not accepted if more than five (5) days have passed since delivery, if the product has been used or opened (including the inner packaging), or if any items supplied at delivery (including tags and delivery slips) are missing.
Characteristics arising during production, including movement or misalignment of fabric and individual variations inherent in handcrafted products, do not constitute initial defects. Please purchase with an understanding of the nature of handcrafted products and materials.
Product colors and specifications may differ slightly from the actual product depending on monitor settings and photography conditions.
Products Eligible for Exchange or Return:
1. The exchange or return is due to an error attributable to the Company.
2. You contacted us through the inquiry form within five (5) days of delivery.
3. The product is unused and unopened, including the inner packaging.
4. All items supplied at delivery, including tags and delivery slips, are present.
10. Refunds
Refunds will be processed by canceling/reversing the payment used for the purchase.
If the payment cannot be canceled, the refund will be made by bank transfer.
If shipping charges were paid in addition to the product price (including tax), those shipping charges will also be refunded.
11. Cancellations
As a general rule, orders cannot be canceled after they have been confirmed. Please review your order carefully before placing it.
